WMC hosted Pentwater this Monday night and took their first win of the season with hot shooting from Senior Guard Jared Olsen leading the way for the Warriors. Olsen led all scores with 20 and was followed by Junior Guard, Caleb Tejchma, with 12. It was a slow start for the Warriors but as the game progressed their intensity increased and allowed for a small comeback from being down 7 in the 1st. With a good shooting quarter by the Warriors in the 3rd, they were able to get a lead and hold off Pentwater in the 4th.
