WMC Baseball Shuts Out Kellogsville in Five Innings, 10-0.

The Warriors took on the Rockets in a single game at Warrior Field.  The Warriors scored early and often scoring four runs in the first inning, three runs in the third, and three runs in the fourth.  The Warriors collected 10 hits on the night while limiting Kellogsville to 2 hits and 3 total base runners.

The Warriors were lead at the plate by Sam Liggett (Sr.) with three hits, with one being a 2-run home run, and scoring three runs on the night.  Sam Sipe (Jr.) collected two hits, two RBI's, and scored three runs as well.  Alex Wagonmaker (Fr.) had two sacrifice fly balls for two RBI's.  

Wagonmaker took the win pitching 3 1/3 innings allowing 1 hit, 0 runs, 0 walks, and two strikeouts.  Liggett came in to pitch 1 2/3 innings allowing 1 hit, 0 runs, 1 walk, and 4 strikeouts.

Coach Hill- "After a big win on Tuesday our focus was to come out with the same intensity and continue to play our game.  The guys came out of the gate fast and continued to work and play good baseball.  It was great to see the guys finish our last regular season game at home with a win."
